The leader of the group, a 51-year-old Kosovo, was sentenced to eight years in prison, while the prosecution had sought a 15-year sentence. The second Kosovar was sentenced to 33 months in prison, and the third to a year's removal of freedom. Italian, who owned the Allishvers restaurant, was sentenced on bail for two years, records albinfo.ch.
The group is also accused of transporting hundreds of pounds of heroin from Latin America to Switzerland, as well as hundreds of kilograms of marijuana from Albanian lands to Switzerland.
