Haradinaj coward: There are five ministers with charges, they don't fire them today, they fired the deputy minister who's only suspected.

Of the 22 ministries with the Haradinaj Government, 6 of them are on charges, including criminal acts of misuse of official office and unauthorized possession of weapons.

Minister of Infrastructure, Pal Lekaj and KSF's Rrustem Berisha are accused of misusing official office, KTV reports.

Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi, Minister of Trade and Industry Andrew Shala, are accused of unauthorized possession of weapons.

Minister of innovation and entrepreneurs Besim Beqaj is accused of violating the equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo.

Meanwhile, Economic Development Minister Valdrin Luka is accused of conflict of interest.

All these six ministers continue working in the Government of Kosovo, until the prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, has decided to dismiss Deputy Regional Development Minister Musa Cenna.

It is still suspected and sʹka filed indictment, and Sunday the Court has appointed a month of detention.

Haradinaj has said his release from this position is doing it to give space to law and order bodies to follow and judge the case impartially.

“Today I have relieved the deputy minister of the Regional Development Ministry, Musa Cenna. The decision has been made on the basis of suspicion that the work was carried out during its active mandate. I invite law and law bodies to do the job responsibly, in any situation”, Haradinaj has said.

The immediate reaction has been to Regional Development Minister Rasim Demiri, who has said the case has nothing to do with the activities of Deputy Minister Cena at the ministry.

“Taking into account media reports, the proposal of justice organs in question, the official activities of MZHR employees, as well as without wanting to interfere in the work of justice organs, the Regional Development Ministry states this case has nothing to do with the activities of Deputy Prime Minister Cena realised at Minister”, Demiri has said.

Pos, Cena, the Constitutional Court in Pristina in custody, has assigned two more persons.

Musa Cena, Hazer Shehu and Nysret Shala all three of Rahoveci have been arrested Saturday as suspects in bribery and misuse of official office.
