European Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn told the Serbian newspaper “Novosti” that the EU fully supports dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, while as a final agreement it considers a applicable, sustainable and realistic solution in line with international law and judicial flows to the EU.
The EU does not speculate about possible elements of the judicialally binding agreement.
Whatever agreement must be specific and mass-built, so as not to cause precedent and contribute to regional stability and the region's EU path”, Hahn has said.
Asked about Serbia's chances of becoming a member by 2025, European Commissioner Johannes Hahn replied to '%Noovostı that: “European Commission Vice President Jean-Claudide Juncker has made it clear that no state can enter the EU without resolving open bilateral issues. ”
While adding: “for Serbia this means that it is necessary to reach a legal agreement with Pristina and permanently implement”.
