We remember that Kostantinos Kacifa was shot to death by the RENEA Special Forces this afternoon in Bularat after disobeying your order to surrender. Greek citizens had entered Albania in early October and had posted a series of Greek flags this Sunday in the village of Bularat, where a Greek holiday was being held.

Police themselves have indicated that Kacifa has fired fire on police vehicles.

Following up on information previously given about the incident in the village of Bularat where citizen Constantinople Kacifa has fired fire to the air and later on the police, we inform you that:
