The Kosovo government now and five months is not respecting the Constitutional Court's decision to cancel the competition for the election of director of the Kosovo Republic Employment Agency (APRK), Drin Harachia.
APRK is an institution that operates within the Ministry of Labour and Social Management (MPMS).
After the director's election, the candidate for this position, Defrem Rifaj, had filed a complaint with the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service (KPMSHCK) on the claim that the whole process for this position has been manipulated, Koha Ditore writes today.
KKPSHCK had decided on April 24, 2017 to cancel the competition for director of the Employment Agency. Meanwhile, in September last year, the council had made final decision on the issue. Under that decision, the Government has been obliged to begin implementing it in the 15-day term.
