This property, which is under management by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP), was given for use by the mission UNMIK, which has led with this process until the Kosovo Declaration of Independence, writes Koha Ditore.
The government so far has held this asset hostage, preventing its privatisation.
Now, 16 years since the process of privatising social companies, the Ministry of Public Administration, which is responsible for accessing state institutions, has indicated that in co-ordination with the AKP, they are working to make a solution to the issue of exploiting social property spaces by state institutions.
