European Investors Council Condemns President's Brother's Attack on Bryo Insurance Officials

The Council of European Investors has reacted to the attack on the director of the private insurance company “Theology”, Gianni Sokolic.

President Hashim Thaci's brother, Gani Thaci, was involved in a physical clash yesterday.

Thaci allegedly, along with his driver, physically attacked the head of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau, Blerim Pushcolin, and Gianni Sokolic, company director “Illyria”.

KIE, through a response, says it strongly condemns this attack and says such events are unacceptable and extremely destructive for a literal business environment in Kosovo, Coha.net broadcasts.

Finally, it points out that, as foreign business representatives, it is willing to co-operate with all healthy components of civil society and state institutions to avoid such unfortunate events from happening again in the future.
