Education ministry paid ticket 880 euros to analyst, student for trip to Latvia

In March of this year, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, led by Shyqiri Bytyqi, had sponsored the trip of a music professor to Latvia, also known as analyst Besa Luza and a student named Fjonya Sopi. Luz and Sopi, even though they had not represented the ministry at the Society's conference. [...]
Luz and Sopi, although not representing the ministry at the conference of the European Society for Music in the School in Latvia, their return tickets, which had cost 880 euros, were paid by the ministry.
The decision had come following Luza's request to the ministry on February 28th, 2018.
“Supports financially. Ass. Besa Luzha and student Fjona Sopi with a total of 880 euros for two (2) travel tickets to Pristina - Rigga-Pristina, for participating in the EAS Conference in Latvia from March 13th-18th, 2018x1>, says the Ministry's decision, which Periscopi owns it.
Periscop has contacted Luzha over the phone, who has said her and Sopi student's trip was financed by the ministry.
“Yes, our tickets were paid by the Ministry for the EAS conference in Latvia. No, we did not represent the ministry”, she said.
Luzha said the ticket money was later issued to her and the student in August. /Periscopi/
