From the chief of one of the main departments in Kosovo Police, he has been transferred to the leader of a small directorate to another department.
Kosovo Police General Director Rashit Qalaj, elected weeks ago, who in his first statements had warned the changes, starting with the Department of Economic Crimes. Thus, he had said that “allegations” that this director is involved in crime and corruption would be answered by changes.
The changes to this director had started a few days after he had come to the principal's office by changing the directors or leaders of the four directors under the Department of Economic Crimes. It was “ammed” just the boss, Nazim Sahiti, until Wednesday, when even Sahit officially changed his job.
