Kosovo's Appeals Court has rejected as untrustworthy the defenders' complaints against the appointment of a month's detention measure against defendants Musa Cena, as well as two other suspects -- businessman Hazer Shehu and the civil servant of the Rahovec municipality, Nysret Shala.
Cena was deputy minister of Regional Development and was arrested under suspicion that he committed a criminal offence “Kest use of the official task” and “Taking revenge <xh3> from the damaged side.
According to the media statement, the Court of Appeals has enacted the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina on the 21st.
