Cyprus's Spain backs Serbia, along with it abandons conference cause of Kosovo

A delegation from the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, composed by Haxhi Shala-head of the Commission for Internal Affairs, Security and Supervisor of the KSF, Elmi Recica- vice chairman of the Foreign Affairs Commission, Glauk Konjufca-member of the Foreign Affairs Commission, and Rexhep Selimi- deputy chairman of the KSF's Home Affairs, Security and Supervisory Commission, are participating in the parliamentary conference for Joint Foreign Policy and Security and Joint Security Policy, and<0) from October 12th to 2018 in Austria.
The topics of discussion at this conference are: Security, migration, external control of borders, EU contribution to improving the political and humanitarian situation in Syria, as well as European prospects for Western Balkan countries.
But, with the participation of the Kosovo Assembly delegation, states like: Serbia, Spain and Cyprus.
They have even demanded that Kosovo's flag be removed and the banners set as the condition for participation.
Since this request has not been implemented, they have issued a conference.
