At noon today, the Tirana Court will re-evaluate the security measure “prison arrest”, which was granted in absence Wednesday morning for the archiminated Lusaj requisite, known as stress.
This court, with the No.1972 verdict of 17,10,2018, has assigned the security measure “prison arrest”, in connection with criminal work “Protion and non-missional possession of war weapons”, envisioned by Article 278/1 of the Penal Code.
On the other hand, police said that the stress arrest was carried out during the “Port Force” operation, suspected as one of the members of a criminal group operating in Tirana in connection with illegal “Narcotic Trafficking” and “Warnings against the person”.
The arrest was conducted by the Task Special Local Task Force Tirana at the Department of Criminal Police at the General Directorate of State Police in co-operation with the State Police Task Force.
Police said Wednesday evening that the ban on 31-year-old Archimed Lusaj was made after a several-month investigation into co-operation with the Tirana Prosecutor, with special methods of investigation that have been conducted in the function of a criminal group.
