COHA: Nine employees of the Medical Faculty receive a salary at QKUK without working at all

On the list that Koha Ditore has, employees at the Faculty of Medicine who receive a salary from KKUK and who don't exercise any activity there are: Besa Lumez, Hasime Qorray-Bytyqi, Rexhep Hoxha, Violet Lokay-Berisha and Shaip Krasniqi; Hatage Latifi-Pupovci (Alegology); Bajram Nura and Sadi Bexheti (Anatomy), and Ruke Beciray (Catedra of Histology).
The list of beneficiaries and the truth of their pay has also been confirmed to the newspaper by the director of the Paraclinic Institutes, Ramadan Sopa.
Double payment for workers at the Faculty of Medicine has been made possible through a 2006 memorandum. The memorandum of understanding was signed on April 19, 2006, amid three institutions. The signatory parties were the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
