Xhavit Jashari, chairman of the Association of Witness Families, has said he expects the Parliament's deputies to do their job of abolishing this Court.
“We thank all who have been and are against the functioning of this court, which damages everything, including the moral, human and national aspect. Because I'm touching a war that's been very clean on the part of the KLA, and all of this is becoming unilateral”, he said.
According to Jashar, despite the decision of those called to the people's name, they should know that war-free organisations are against actions that undermine the image of the KLA's fair fight.
The “Deputes that have taken their seats in the Kosovo Assembly do not know whether they know we have more than a thousand people proving missing and how many massacres and violations that have been committed by the Serbian Army. MPs before deciding to continue this court should visit the cemetery of civilians killed in the war and then be convinced who committed crimes in Kosovo”, he has said.
Yasar has warned there will be concrete actions unless the Special Court law is rejected.
“We are heading with petitions and requests to the institution that has voted this court and that those deputies who have taken their seats there, if they do not respect the path we have come to here, they do not need to remain in the Kosovo Assembly of” anymore, Jashar said.
