Thaci asked if he knew who killed Ivanoviqi: I don't want to hurt the investigation, but the information's depressing.

“I cannot harm the investigation, but information is hopeful that it will come in the near future to the truth, to the inspirationists and executioners of this assassination against the leader of Kosovo Serbs. I don't wonder who's behind, who's incited and executed, but what I can say is that the country's institutions are at the helm of obligations and responsibilities, so that this case can be cleared as quickly as possible”, Thaci said in an interview with DeutsheWelle, writes Periscopi.

Thaci says that those who have thought and executed Ivanovic's murder have been intent on damaging Kosovo and presenting it as a place of bullets, not of calm and stability.

This is a tragic event. The worst possible message we've ever been able to hear and experience. What I can say is that at least this event had to Kosovo. Those who have thought about it, planned and carried it out have intended to hurt and harm Kosovo, the image of Kosovo and to present Kosovo as a unstable country and as a place of bullets and not of calm and peace”, he has said.

Ivanovic was killed on the morning of January 16th. So far, the handouts are unknown to the police and the only material evidence they have is a burning car that was found not far from the scene, which was allegedly used by bombers to flee the country where Ivanovic was killed. /Periscopi/
