The local counsel plan for families or individuals, foreigners who decide to buy or build a house in Albinen under certain circumstances receive a gift from 25,000 francs (21,500 euros) for each family adult and an additional 10,000 francs (8,500 euros) per child.
The four - year - old family would, according to this proposal, receive a bonus worth 70,000 Swiss francs.
