He has said that the car has been sold several times lately and police, according to him, are trying to find out who the buyers and other vendors are, write Serbian media, broadcast Periscopi.
On the heels of Oliver Ivanov's murder, the Prosecutor for Organised Crime has initiated an investigation into terrorist crime. We have precise information about the owner of the car, allegedly shot at Ivanovicin”, and he told Rebiq RTS.
He also confirmed what was reported in the media, that the owner of the car is dead.
He says Austria's police have confirmed this for Serbia.
But, according to him, the car has been sold and bought several times, so he says they are investigating the chain of sale and purchase of the car “Opel Astra”.
He has said that Serbian authorities have convincing indifference that leads them towards the killers of Oliver Ivanovic.
The bombs are leading to a vehicle suspected of murder, and we have information about the owner of the car, and we're also trying to get additional information. For not hurting the investigation, I won't give you more information”, Rebecca said.
Serbia's police have called on EULEX and UNMIK to engage in investigations into Ivanovic's murder, but according to Serbian media, there is no answer yet. But, EULEX in a response to Serbian news agency “Beta” has said Serbia's involvement in Ivanovic's assassination investigation is the issue of official Pristina.
“Sometimes I asked the chief of EULEX to give us information and allow participation in the Kosovo Police investigations”, he has said.
However, Rebiq is hopeful that the EULEX and UNMIK response will be positive on this request by Serbia's Police. /Periscopi/
