Serbia believes BIA will reveal Oliver Ivanovic's murder

Serbia Police Director Vladimir Rebiq has stressed that he deeply believes Serbia will reveal the killers of Oliver Ivanvoqi and the officers of this murder.

“I believe in the Serbian Police and BIA (Informative Security Agency) that thanks to material and human resources that we will be able to find the killer and the murder order”, Rebiq has told Serbian public television.

He has confirmed the owner of the burnt car in Mitrovica that was found after Oliver Ivanovic's assassination, is Serb from Austria, who has died for many years.

That information is correct, we got it from Austria's police. That car was sold several times and we're trying to figure out who the last buyer has been, say Rebecca.

In his words, Serbian bodies have certain knowledge that testify to Oliver Ivanovic's potential bombers.

These traces point to the vehicle that was used for criminal activity. We have information on the owner of that vehicle and we're trying to find more notes. To avoid harming the investigation, I wouldn't give any more details”, Rebiq said.

He has added that Serbia has sometimes been addressed EULEX and UNMIK at the request that Serb bodies be involved in the development of investigations but have not yet received answers.

“I've heard several times with EULEX chief, appealed to her and begged her to give us some details to verify them in Serbia, as well as repeated the request that we, along with the Kosovo Police, participate in the pre-investigator and investigative process”, have said Rebiq believing that EULEX and UNMIK will respond to Serbia's demands.
