Russia seeks to politicise Ivanovic's murder, how President Thaci is declared

Russia is continuing to pry further into the internal affairs of the Republic of Kosovo. Moscow spokeswoman Maria Zaharova said Pristina and its sponsors are hiding something about this murder. The results of the investigations, according to her, are not obvious, and that the Belgrade issue is continuing to be ignored.
Zakharova noted the absence of the European Union's key “in the Balkans”, stressing that the Russian side supports Serbia's “requirements to include competent Serbian authorities and police structures in conducting investigations”.
“This (the murder of Ivanovic) is an extremely serious incident that undermines the world and security in the region”, she said.
However, Kosovo's position is emerging. Republika President Hashim Thaci in an interview for “Ineksonline” stressed that our country would be open to accept any information from Serbia related to whitening this murder.
According to him, the case in question cannot affect Kosovo- Serbia because there are no mutual accusations. Thaci says Kosovo is carrying out its investigative obligations what it has in line with Kosovo's laws and Constitution.
“We will accept any information even from Serbia leading to the whitelight of this case, the murder of this criminal that is a comprehensive conclusion even of internationals and locals that are between criminal and mafia groups. While there is no interconnection of political or ethnic motives at all”, Thaci said.
