Reporting against Samsung and Apple for Program Age

“The two companies allegedly applied a general trade policy aimed at exploiting some components' shortcomings to reduce their product performance in time to encourage consumers to buy new versions”, the Authority explained in a communiqué.
On the other hand, in France, the Paris prosecution opened a preliminary investigation into programmed aging and fraud against Apple on 5 January.
The California company, which trades a new model of its phones annually, is also targeted by complaints in the US and Russia.
