Vetevendosje MP Visar Ymeri has reacted after his prison sentence against his associate partners by the Pristina Foundation Court for dropping tear gas in the Kosovo Assembly.
Ymer, on Facebook, writes that the sentences pronounced are the best indication for the political purpose of this court, saying the Constitutional Court has expressed “judicial and political resolution” to the Constitutional Court's act of justice and 205 thousand citizens who signed petitions, writes Periscopi.
Ymer's full response:
The sentences pronounced on the case of declaring the sentence on MPs are the best indication of the political goal of this case.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina, represented by Becir Kaluldra, expressed judicial and political primacy to the Constitutional Court's act, and the will of 205 thousand citizens who voiced their opposition to the reference petition to agreements that violated the existence of the Republic, for whose opposition today MPs were found guilty.
This trial with these judges is the most legitimate sample of the political dictatorship of the judicial system.
Albin, Albulen, Donika, and Faton are representatives of the people on whom they were sentenced today. The bias as such is the most hypocritical act that has produced any local institution so far and as such is the last means of persecution of political opponents.
