Racing for FSHF, Fino wants a list of delegates to vote, slams with Schulk

As the race for the head of the FSHF is ever closer to the finish, the clashes between candidates are getting even closer. Socialist MP Union Fino wants to know the list of delegates who have a vote right, while Federation Secretary General I has suggested the statute does not force [...]
Socialist MP Bashkim Fino wants to know the list of delegates who have the right to vote, while Federation Secretary General I has suggested the statute does not force him to give it.
Fino has decided to publicly denounce the case, while it is now clear that the race will be strong.
Fino Status
The FSHF continues its attempts to predetermine and manipulate elections. With the status of the presidential candidate of this institution, I have officially asked Secretary-General Ilir Schulk to make available to me the list of delegates from clubs, rightly voting, for the 7 February Assembly. His official response, with arrogance and disabilities, was that “The statue doesn't force him to give it to me and that's why he won't do it”
First, I've started a second letter today (joined to this response), showing all legal obligations that should make me available that list, starting with “Information Law”.
Second, the other candidate for president, Armand Duka, as president of the FSHF, is aware of this list, seriously affecting “Equality Pragmat” and “The Parliament of Transparency”.
This attempt to keep the list secret and by not making it public is done only by their desire to make changes and manipulations of it, in hopes of getting rid of those who vote against it. I ask Secretary General Ilir Shulk to give up the legal services and violations while still on time. I ask him to publish the list of persons delegated from clubs, with paperwork submitted by 18.01.2018 in FSHF.
Neither he nor his boss nor anyone else can dare or ever make it through this race. The will of all delegates and legitimate members of the Federation will be heard and decided on February 7th.
That's what I vouch for!
Bashkim Fino
