Apple has been asked to build and market a programme, or other form of solution that will limit the use of its phones on the part of children.
Such calls are frequent, but the latter's particular is that they are made by two groups of investors who own $2 billion in shares of the American technology giant.
The appeal for more control of how young people, especially children and teenagers spend their time on phones and other intelligent devices has been welcomed by academics, institutes, colleges and universities in California and throughout the US.
According to Reuters, in a recent study, it has been noted that half of American teenagers believe they have created dependence on their phones and “nevou to immediately respond to messages on them”.
