President Thaci responds to ambassadors' pressures: Kosovo has people elected by people

There is a month and more that the PDK, the Initiative AAK, with the support of President Hashim Thaci, is trying to abolish the Special Court at the time it is in recent steps to launch investigations and establish charges against persons allegedly committed war crimes. Although It Was Just The PDK, led by Thaci, what had made it impossible for the Special to move into the Kosovo Assembly, the party that was once led by Thaci, now by Wessel, has become the greatest insistant to abolish the same court, writes Periscopi.
Against these efforts, ambassadors of Kosovo's Allied states have reacted several times, warning that Kosovo returns in 2000 if the abolition occurs. The ambassadors, with particular emphasis on US Ambassador Greg Delawi, have put great pressure on MPs and parliamentary groups to avoid that intention of Thaci, Haradinaj's Veselins.
Following the pressures some have backed off from supporting this initiative, which was spent as OVL KLA initiative, but Haradinaj and Thaci continue efforts and clashes with ambassadors on the issue. Their latest effort was two days ago, when the initiative was sent to the Government for review by the Kosovo Assembly Chief.
President Thaci has spoken indirectly about the ambassadors' opposition to the attempts to abolish the Special Court, saying he flatly refuses anyone's brutal behaviour against parliamentary groups and MPs.
The government is divided and I will not vote for the work of any parliamentary group. I flatly refuse anyone's brutal behaviour against parliamentary groups or individual deputies, because they are elected by the people”, the president said of Deutsche Welle.
According to Thaci, no one can contest any of the MPs' personal opinion because, according to him, they are elected of the people.
“No one can object to the personal opinion of any MP, parliamentary group, or political parties, but one thing is certain, Kosovo is run by people who have been elected by”, the president of Kosovo has stressed”, Thaci has said.
On August 3rd 2015, Kosovo's Assembly had voted in favour of constitutional changes, which had paved the way for the special establishment. Parasely she had failed to be approved for lack of votes, but Hashim Thaci as chairman The PDK had put great pressure on MPs from his party to vote positively on opening the way to establishing the Special Court.
In the second part of last year (2017), Thaci as president switched discurs against this court. He reiterated several times that internationals imposed the establishment of this court, which he now considers unjust and discriminated against.
On several television shows, he has said he has agreed to vote on the Special on the Rock of Visa Liberalisation, the founding of the army, membership in INTERPOL, UNESCO and the Council of Europe, but has stressed that international promises have remained unfulfilled. /Periscope.
