Artist Driton Selmani has written that this flag well describes the political, economic and social situation.

On Saturday, on January 27, 2018, the Albanian national flag, located at the site called “The Circle” at the entrance of Pristina, was replaced by the flag used in football for the symbolisation of an off-game popposit or éofsided.

Around the flags people and societies form identities. They create a sense of unity, build hope and optimism, sense of pride, create confessions and trust them. This has always been the case; we can assume that it will.

Red Tape is reflecting on the way the flags are used as tools to touch cultural, political and social nerves.

It does not offer thought or call for action; it simply reflects what is happening in the surrounding reality.

Not in every situation the flags raised to mark victories, triumphs, or achievements. They also raised to mark surrender, defeat, or acceptance of another's victory against the individual or society. Flags often become synonymous with losing pride, confidence, and optimism.

Worldly nations and peoples today are difficult to number who have not experienced such a state of surrender.
