Gjakova Police on Sunday received an official request from their Montenegrin colleagues.
The latter want to be informed about the case of their citizens, L.G. from Montenegro, who has declared to local authorities that it has been held for months in Gjakova by E.G., Kosovo reports.
According to Montenegrins, E.G. had originally engaged in sex voluntarily, but then he kept it closed and sexually abused it.
Kosovar, according to a report by the LGBT Progress Forum in Montenegro, has kept him locked up in Gjakova for about 5 months, and during that time he has violated her.
However, Christa Gjakova Police said that in the case reported at the Gjakova station, there was no reported violence on either side. According to him, Kosovo citizen has complained he is blackmailing his former boyfriend from Montenegro.
