Although legislation for three categories of pension scheme benefit has been in force since last year, the rights of pre-plegic and tetraplegic persons, family and disability labour pensions have not been implemented so far.
However, the Ministry of Labour and Social Management has been conducting payments for these three categories today.
Concerns about not receiving pensions are also presented by citizens themselves who have repeatedly sought to know what is happening to their pensions.
These three pension schemes, issued by the State-funded Pension Scheme Law, have submitted the first requirements since March 2017, and from January of the same year, have also begun implementing the Law on Status and Rights of Paraplegic Persons and Tetraplegic Persons, where the first requirements have been accepted.
One of the first concerns following the appointment of Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica has been to fail to implement these three schemes, so he is fully committed to undertake all the necessary actions for these categories to enjoy their legally defined rights.
In addition to regular monthly payments, as well, each month, in the accounts of the beneficiaries of these three categories will also come out of a pension for all cases presented and approved
