In a reaction to the media, KMDLNI reportedly accused Oliver Ivanoviqi of killing 39 Albanians during the war, as well as killing 10 Albanians, after the war ended.
To clarify the opinion of Oliver Ivanovic's role in these crimes, KMDLNj offers these evidence that he has handed over to UNMIK prosecutor and EULEX.
The KMDLNJ recalls that in 14.04.1999, Ivanovic -- uniformed as a reserve police officer and with command responsibility on the Croatia Street -- has ordered the killing of 31 Albanian civilians. In 16.04.1999, the same quality and responsibility at the Blood Bridge has ordered the killing of 8 Albanians.
In 3 and 4,02.2000, the Serb paramilitary and police eskadronets led by the Bridge Watchers, where Oliver Ivanovic was the central figure had killed 10 Albanian and violent civilians displaced 1564 families, with 11,364 members, whose destructive part were Albanians but also had members of the Bosniak and Turkish minority, are said to be further in response.
Before Oliver Ivanov was executed, he was attacked three times by strangers who were never discovered.
The first time Oliver Ivanovic's car was set on fire.
The second time he was attacked by a bomb throwing him into the backyard, and,
The third time he was shot.
Following ongoing charges of responsibility for war crimes by Oliver Ivanovic, with 23.04.2013, Q co-ordinator. R of KMDLNj in Mitrovica, Mr. Halit Barani has been invited to EULEX and has issued a statement and provided evidence after which Oliver Ivanovic, who, then, was sentenced to nine years in prison and following a great deal of pressure from Serbia and perhaps by some political agreement, the case turned into a review, with the Court of Appeals ruling.
Following Oliver Ivanovic's execution, a disinformation was spread that the Opel Astra car was found and burned in the Bosnjak Quarter, inhabited by Albanians and, in fact, the car was found in the September 7th Lagen leading towards Zvecan.
To The KMDLNI is very important to expose and bring to justice the perpetrators of this crime in order to remove the dilemmas and speculations as well as to whiteen the motives of this crime.
To KMDLNj is unacceptable the proposal that a Kosovo Assembly delegation take part in Oliver Ivanovic's funeral, as well as the suspension of memories of coffee drinking with him at the time that the war crimes charges against Albanian civilians were made public.
In this context KMDLNj seeks justice for the victims, in the concrete case for 49 Albanian victims.
“Oliver Ivanovic has not been alone in these criminal activities, and KMDLNj has denounced with facts other people who should be treated by the Special Court. The amnesty and deglore of the image of Oliver Ivanovic, who is being portrayed as a positive character and as a victim, creates the possibility that others too, their criminals present as heroes and that for KMDLNj it is unacceptable, immoral and punishable”, the KMDLNJ notes.
Oliver Ivanovic, during the war, has been the leader of Serbia's reserve police who has carried out many massacres throughout Kosovo, while after the war there has been one of the founders of the Bridge Guard or Dolce Vita's murderous paramilitary.
These are facts that KMDLNj has backed with statements of survivors of the massacres Oliver Ivanovic has made, with police commanding Serbia's paramilitaries, after the war ended.
If we show mercy to criminals, then we kill the victims for the second time and we warrant not punishment which will encourage those who, even in the future, plan to commit war crimes or crimes against humanity”, the response ends.
