European Integration Minister Dona Hoxha said she is worried about Kosovo that our country is not involved in the enlargement strategy expected to be published in February.
“should have timetables and be included in concrete enlargement plans, such as candidate statute, application and talks”, Hoxha said in an interview at Kosovo Radio (RTK) Info 3.
According to her, Kosovo has consensus in terms of enlargement.
Kosovo is the last in the Balkans in the integration process. In 2017 it was a year when we had elections and we failed to do much and have results. During this year we will have intensification of the European integration procession”, she said.
Hoxha said it is working in many areas to have results as far as European integration is concerned, and for that, all dictatorships are on the level of duty.
As for the recent political developments in Kosovo, European Integration Minister Done Hoxha stressed that Kosovo should be serious and respect international obligations.
“Ende we have failed to ratify demarcation and this is a bad signal, so in a word Kosovo is not ready to observe international obligations. For that, even in 2018 we are still isolated, I hope we put the citizen in first place”, Hoxha said.
