Haradinaj calls Wessel's Special Letter Depressive

The Kosovo Liberation Army veterans' organisation, which has submitted the petition for the abolition of the Special Court several weeks ago, hopes this job will be carried out despite international pressure, which took the initiative to abolish this trial. Deputy Chairman of veterans Nasim [...]
Veterans' deputy head Nasim Haradinaj says the Parliament must go to procedures to the end and that this issue cannot be stopped in half, but must be answered.
Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel's letter to the Special Court, Haradinaj sees it as despair and frustration, with lab people changing attitudes.
I see Wessel's letter most of all as despair and frustration, to the lab people who have no decision or are not focused on something they say. They don't stand behind what they start. I see it more as despair for all who take initiative, then go to shame. Then we'll have a ride into the ball. It means they're lab people in decision-making. So I think it's mostly frustration. But Kadri Wessel is a person, a man. After all, they are deputies who decide and give the verdict. Those who have taken a vote from the people. There may be a decision, and a decision of it. But based on what I read in Kadri Wessel, until Kadri Wessel calls it bad, then I think, no good evil. It's bad, and if it's bad, Kadri Wessel can't back down. I don't believe Kadri Wessel has something bad to vote on. Or they should say it's good, either the wrong decision, but he thinks it's good. Or it is bad and eliminates”, Haradinaj told Kosovo Press on Wednesday.
Haradinaj says MPs cannot easily reason if they withdraw from their signatures that they previously cast for the abolition of the Court.
The Deputates don't think they think they reason, like the first time we had pressure, not pressure. Don't think that's just such a simple excuse. MPs have not received votes from the leader. MPs have entered the party's proposed leader. But the vote was taken from the people. Hopefully you'll represent their voices. So We sent down the voices of the people. There were 15 grand and 300 signatures... I think even on constitutional grounds, these guarantees, and they're not there to decide. In terms of getting to the leader. The leader bears his own responsibility”, he said.
The deputy head of the KLA's OVL has also confirmed the December 22nd event, which, according to him, what happened in the Assembly saw a state without a state, a fake state.
I've seen a state without a state. A fake state. A state that lies, we have a country. A state that lies with the Constitution. A state that leads down I have president. A state that lies, I have a top priority. And a state that lies that we have leaders of popular parties. These have made major violations of order and democracy in the world, in the internal mix of foreign institutions here... they have broken the democratic rules of their states. Would America have allowed, would Britain have allowed someone to pressure him when people's elected leaders make decisions or let them? Do they allow themselves to be called to democracy? But they've seen that they're heartless, they've locked the door on him with a hole of”, he said.
Haradinaj is convinced that to abolish the Special Law, they also have the votes of some LDK deputies.
The “will vote on us and the LDK deputies. It's not guaranteed they won't vote on us. It's all going to depend a lot, because in LDK with those we've talked to, they have a problem because they expect domestic elections and taking over new groups. Young guys who are principled men. I know it will. However, it should be worth the sacrifice for the people. It must be worth the sacrifice. Because after all those votes will beg the people”, he said.
He says MPs who voted this court in advance should be grateful that they were offered once again the chance to improve the mistake. While hoping this issue will end by the end of this month.
Kosova Preiss has also prompted statements from LDK deputies, but most of them on Wednesday have not had access to the network.
Unlike their colleagues, an MP The PDK has talked about this issue but only through phone.
MP Hajdar Beqa from the PDK said the decision on this issue will be made in the party and that they will respect it.
“has been an initiative of MPs to abolish the Special Court. We made the signatures. Until another decision, we stand behind those signatures. Another decision by party bodies or the parliamentary group, I will respect the decision made as an institution. I am also institutional and will respect institutions and institutional decisions. Any decision of mine will be to think in advance of being in the interest and development of the country, integration and the interest of the citizens of the country. What we did that day, we did it knowingly, and we stayed behind. Mr. Wessel has been very clear and real in the statement. It was the most appropriate statements of leadership. We know what the process is like. We have seen the statements of other political subjects. Pesh VV in 2015 was against the court. And now it's a pleasure that he couldn't get away with court. They changed political subjects' opinion reports in relation to the past. I appreciate and support Mr. Wessels. We will make the decision in the group and respect”, Beqaj said via phone.
The initiative to abolish the Law for Special Court has come after the signing of 43 Kosovo Assembly deputies from the PDK and the AAK. /Kosovo pres/
