Hakki Rugova swears today as Istog chairman

Istog's new chairman, Hakki Rugova, will be sworn in today. Rugova will make his oath at the inaugural meeting of today's Municipal Assembly will also be sworn in by new advisers.

Hakki Rugova was elected chairman of Istog, only after Istog citizens addressed the ballot boxes three times in a row.

In the first run-off Rugova was victorious, then in the runoff Gani Dresaj had managed to reverse the outcome after the conditional and postal vote, but following PZAP's decision to cancel the outcome of the runoff and move to the revote, Rugova had come out victorious in the third round for less than 1 % margin over the AAK's Gani Dreshaj. /Periscopi/
