Godet Ismet Beqiri: Harmless and lonely, you're corraining trying to ruin us with America

LDK deputy Ismet Beqiri has written a long writing on the friendship between Kosovo and America.

He says that individuals who are powerless and lonely should not be those who destroy this friendship.

He says to despise the U.S. state is "stupid" and beyond that.

He writes on Facebook:

Dear Citizens of Kosovo

Dear Co-operatives

- To challenge and counter the position of the United States of America,

To question the good purpose of this state, to the citizens and State of Kosovo, after all they've done and are doing for us, after all these years,

- Refusing the American hand of aid, support for development, strengthening the state of Kosovo,

- Trying to despise, stop, as a crucial factor, the American people and state for our statehood,

- To be an indiscriminate, indifferent, American people,

- Trying to lie in style like what the American ambassador says is his opinion,

-To say they're not taking risks, reports are broken with America and our international friends,

- Trying to destroy, a permanent friendship with America, as Kosovo Historical President Ibrahim Rugova said,

- Trying to deny the decisive support of America and Natto for salvation from the Serbian genocide,

To despise the crucial American role of our freedom and independence...

This is:

You can say the stupidness of a particular kind, even beyond that...

To me, whoever does this, in any form, is risking the interests of the citizens and the state of Kosovo... Why not betray these interests and knife behind friends...

Yet my conviction and not only mine is that:

-The citizens of Kosovo this spiritual relationship, state ties, will not allow you to secede, lie down and destroy

-Any democratic form should be used by citizens and we, who don't think like those individuals, to be helped by this relationship, not that it's not consistently witnessed by citizens, but to be a form of distance from those irresponsible individuals who, for their own interests, are able to destroy everything, destroy it. WAR and partnership built with effort, knowledge, death and blood for many years, despite the 1990s until now...

We have testified and testified whenever necessary, that the citizens of Kosovo, Albanians wherever they are, are on one side, are with America and international friends...

And irresponsible individuals on the other hand, lonely, powerless...

We're a state and we have to act like a responsible state.

We helped them through the most difficult times from America and other friends

We are being supported in building up the state, developing our economics.

We're being supported financially,

We are being supported militarily and politically...

All this support we're receiving, we're waiting for it, it's fair, we welcome it... but...

We should not only expect support but also prove that we are responsible, that we deserve, that we are a country that respects the obligations made, that it respects international agreements, in co-operation with our international friends.

For example, American standing and other friends are known for demarcation with Montenegro, for the Special Court, for the Kosovo Army... for many other issues, are right attitudes and for our own good.

Otherwise why do others respect us, support us if we don't fulfill our obligations?

The state is not only for national and international privileges and benefits, but it also creates obligations that must be respected.

These are our national obligations.

State, city...

- The sword is with friends, the house is not kept without friends...

- We're not ungrateful people and bakeries.

Our citizens can't let individuals isolate us, take our citizens, our children, our future... this can't be done, it can't be allowed...

This is not only my concern, my opinion and my obedience, but also the many citizens I meet every day, and I believe in the absolute majority of the citizens of Kosovo and our colleagues everywhere.

My stances, like that, I'll say it as a citizen, Deputet, party-political officials, always and everywhere, with citizens, in the media, in the party (LDK), in the Parliament and other institutions.

This is my duty, my responsibility, my city city, my institution, my politics and my party...

Our friendship with the United States is permanent.

Respect for other international friends, support for us.

That's what citizens say and want.

In these developments, the LDK remains the Guardian of Kosovo's defence and state building and maintaining friendship and partnership with the US and other international friends.

And the irresponsible individuals we tell them you're really disturbing citizens with your behaviors, actions, but you're just correcting them.
