Gjilan prosecutor launches investigation into construction without permission, issued by municipality

The target of these investigations is all buildings allegedly failing to meet urban criteria, and in particular the special investigation will be made about construction at the former bread mill “Quality”. The source confirms that specific orders have been given for detailed investigation of all constructions in, and about the mill (former quality building), privatised by the AKP in Pristina, all permits issued in opposition to legal criteria and their overstepping, which has occurred contrary to the law, changing the destination and alienation of this privatised part.

Also requested is the investigation into the institution that has privatised and was obliged to oversee this wealth, not the AKP's intervention in the concrete case, which is determined by law, and if there is any other means and to alter the destination of this wealth, the buyer, without permission of the institution that has been competent in its sale and oversight.

The chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilanish Maloku's questions from the region, sent via e-mail, the same has not been answered, but according to a source close to the chief prosecutor's office in Gjilan, told them that the Department of Crime of the North, authorized investigators from the competent PK sector for investigating all high construction buildings in the city, and those about the mill, with suspicion that all the permits have been exceeded or that they were not to be issued without meeting the high construction criteria and if there is a chance to have been other decontamination with the construction of this city with the highest permission of the AKP in Pristina.
