EULEX will soon issue its decision, under which the procedure against Oliver Ivanovic, accused of war crimes, ceases.
Family of those killed in 1999, for which the Serbian politician has been tried, tell KTV that hope in justice has long since been lost.
Shadije Plana says that not only now but recently have given up hope that there may be justice for their murdered family members.
Ivanoviqi's retrial started in March 2017, and the process was still under way.
Oliver Ivanov was killed as he entered his party's office, SDP, in northern Mitrovica.
Police still have no suspects in the case, but say they are working intensively on finding perpetrators.
