She, speaking of Belgrade's “blic” newspaper, has stressed that there is no deadline under which the justice minister must act after receiving the Supreme Court ruling and after meeting the terms for surrender.
However, Kubuvik believes that this (submission) will happen at any moment in the year-long term.
Ismail Morina is in custody in Dubrovnik from June 2017, when she was arrested under the warrant of Serbia's arrest announced because of charges Belgrade has compiled.
According to the accusations, Morina, known as Ballisti, in the match between Serbia and Albania, started and unfinished in October 2014, was intimidated by the map of Albanian areas with the National Flag and the portraits of Ismail Kemal and Isa Boletin.
With this act, according to Belgrade, Morina has committed a criminal offence and therefore demands his extradition.
