That's what people have done to protect their health, are putting masks on their way out.
Such an act was seen to be done by a German diplomat's driver. It's German emissary Christian Hellbach's driver, who is standing in Kosovo today to discuss Kosovo political leaders for the Special Court.
This action by the German emissary's driver was seen during the time his boss was staying at Vetevendosje headquarters, where he had gone to discuss with the leader of this party about the special court issue, as some Kosovo deputies had undertaken an initiative to abolish it.
