Full communication of Vetevendosje:
Days ago, several Kosovo citizens, shocked by appointment to the post of Minister Nenad Rikallos, published their testimony to the violence and torture he allegedly did during the war, in service of ethnic cleansing and depression organised by Serbia in Kosovo.
It is painful to see how independent Kosovo citizens face their former tormentors, now government positions. This is due to the lack of a justice system that would universally judge war crimes cases in Kosovo. And while many war criminals walk free, even manage to be part of governments in Serbia and Kosovo, paradoxically some Kosovo deputies have established a court that will judge the KLA for war crimes.
It doesn't make Serbs feel prejudiced just because they're Serbs, but, on the other hand, when there are some witnesses who speak and report it carefully for merchandise, they must certainly be taken seriously and urgently. In the Kosovo government, Minister Nenad Ricalo should not continue to exercise his post without this issue being clarified.
In democratic countries, authorities also resign on very small administrative allegations to pave the way for the investigation. Minister Ricalo is suspected of torture. We know that those with power in Kosovo are able to prevent the investigation. So to pave the way for investigations, he must be stripped of any power.
Regardless of which institution or organisation may have worked after the Ricalo war, and no matter which Albanian may have cased there, it is necessary to investigate the cases for which he is accused of witnesses, and certainly for him and for any other suspect, all actions should be cleared during the time of occupation and war in Kosovo.
