It has been said that September 7th 1990, the day the Constitution of Kacanik was adopted was the day when in conditions the invasion was said yes to the country's independence, while today, in freedom conditions, when the country's goodwill for government is taken by Serbia.
On September 7th 1990, Kosovo Assembly deputies voted, under conditions of occupation and life risk, a Constitution of independence so that once and for all the country's rule the citizens of this country could be asked.
On September 7th 2017, Kosovo Assembly deputies, under freedom conditions, must take the country's rule over the president of Serbia.
