It has found that the two accused of killing two UNMIK police officers in March 2004, have been tried years ago over the event, and that there is already an act of impeachment of investigations against them.
So the third scale, based on the decision that includes “Koha Ditore”, has rejected the decision of the Court of Appeals, which has ruled there is no basis for the detention suspension.
