Residents of the village of Shipitula have prevented KEK's escapers from advancing the coal.
Unless they agreed to the terms of this company for relocation, they do not even accept the government's offer of expropriation, KTV reports.
Residents are now seeking a new agreement with all parties involved, but their demands are the same as they have been from the beginning.
The chairman of Obilic, Xhafer Gashi, also emerged in their support. He also urged all sides to sit down and make a new deal, while accusing KEK of violating the decisions of the Independent Commission for Mine and Minerals.
The KEK rejected Gashi's findings as they are acting on the license from the KPM.
Kohavision has called for clarification by MPH concerning other actions to be taken over the issue of expropriation, but its officials have given no answer
