This is the position of the US Embassy for Demarketing with Montenegro, following Haradinaj's decision

In this embassy, they have not commented on Prime Minister Haradinaj's move, but have reaffirmed the position displayed in the past two years about demarcation that Kosovo has not lost territory.
The United States supports the agreement reached for demarcation of the border between Kosovo and Montenegro governments in 2015, with which neither states lose territory. We expect this issue to be resolved quickly by maintaining constructive and very positive relations between the two countries”, the US Embassy's response to Express.
The United States of America has repeatedly reiterated their stance that Kosovo has not lost territory in this deal.
The U.S. State Department had even examined the issue exclusively by coming to the conclusion that the agreement is in line with the 1974 Kosovo border.
