They say that true love is known when you first see a newborn child, that is when you say with conviction that you cannot love anyone as much as a child.
So losing a child is also the greatest pain a parent can experience. Unfortunately, this happened to Richard Pringle, a devoted father who lost his son Hughes at the age of 3. He suffered from a natural pathology and died because of a stroke.
One year after this disaster, Richard reports that he learned a lot about himself and life and he drafted 10 messages that he decided to share with other parents in his Facebook account.

He asks each parent to enjoy the moments with their children because nothing is permanent. This list is distributed immediately by thousands of other parents and windows.net is bringing it to the Albanian reader:
1. Appreciate Every Time With Your Child
It doesn't matter where you are or what you're doing, whether it's day or night, whether you're at work, car or home, it doesn't matter where you are, but appreciate and enjoy every moment with your child at best.
2. Never forget to greet your children in the morning and evening with a kiss
Have your kids have a good day's sleep with a kiss because you don't know when it's gonna be the last time you do this.
3. Memories Live Forever
It doesn't matter where you are or what you're doing with your children, but don't forget to take a picture and take as many videos as possible, because sometimes it's the only thing you're going to have left in the future.
4. Time is not over
Worktime is not over, so don't be kidnapped by neglecting your children. Spend a long time with your children, play with them, take them to the park, camping, biking, learning everything you can. Don't expect to do this in the end when it's too late.
5. Write in the diary everything children do
Write down everything, beautiful, ugly things, victories, failures, absolutely everything. My wife and I started holding a journal after the death of our son, Hughes, to preserve memories and do the same with his brother, because when we get older we can read everything we've lived in the past.
6. Love Knows No Borders
Love knows no limits, no limits. It doesn't matter how much you say it, because it will always be in your heart.
7. Money Is Not Important
Money is not important, so don't waste time on making money, for it really is time. Small moments and details are actually the biggest memories. I don't remember how much money I spent on my son, but I remember everything we did together.

8. Don't waste time
Wakeing up in the morning and seeing your children is something that should make you feel lucky. Don't waste time on stupid things, but I eat breakfast with the kids, take them to school, play sports games, or watch a movie together. Time doesn't stop, so enjoy the kids, when they grow up, go to college, get married, then they'll have their kids. That is the real value of life.
9. Sing together
Although it may seem simple, many memories relate to music. Many memories come to mind when you hear a song. I was reminded of traveling together in the car and singing our favorite songs.
10. Make it possible for every moment you spend together to be full of entertainment, as if it were the last day
No matter where you are or what you do, life is too short to enjoy. Smile, run, joke, spend the best moments with your kids. You'll never regret it.
