Legal Experts Explain Serbian List Request for Kosovo Vice-President Post

The Serbian list, which is expected to support the PAN-AKR coalition, has called for an unknown position for the Kosovo Constitution.

The vice president's position has been requested by the subject Goran Rakiq leads.
