Haliti gives new details about maintaining Kosovo Parliament's constitutional session

According to Halit, they're designated persons dealing with this case.

Haliti, however, said the call should be made by Adem Mikulovci, but with the reconciliation of political parties.

“Adem Miclovci should call the session, but when all political parties are ready”, he said.
