Bad news for you who have a lot of friends on Facebook

Researchers from Regis University in Colorado found that people who have more Facebook friends generally have weaker health and are especially sensitive to respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract.

The risk of infection is higher among people who are concerned, only because of Facebook. This may mean that they are concerned because someone has not responded to their comment or message, or if they have rejected their request for friendship.

Users suffering from this type of anxiety many times a day are investing in Facebook. Anxiety is associated with declining immunity and poor health.

The research was published in Computer Human Behavior magazine, and it was conducted in 89 students who answered questions about their health and Facebook customs.

Participants were attended for 10 weeks and registered any respiratory infection. They concluded that anxiety associated with Facebook has caused a greater number of infections, and those with more Facebook friends have reported more anxiety and more stress, as well as more infections.

Otherwise, this is not the first study that has shown that Facebook is not good for health.

In particular, previous research has confirmed that the long stay on Facebook makes you feel worse because you feel like you're losing your life.

Such research suggests an increasing trend of research suggesting that using Facebook can expose feelings of depression, loneliness and jealousy.
