The private sector-led economic growth and the biggest dialogue between the public and private sector are two elements that remain the focus of American Economic Operation efforts in Kosovo.
So says OECH's response after the creation of the new government, which contains the requirement for increased dynamism on the job and summary priorities that should be the focus of the new government's work.
Taking into account the importance of continuing reforms in the business-making environment and further strengthening of the private sector, the American Economic Oda in Kosovo, urges the new government to demonstrate increased dynamics in implementing initiated reforms. The functioning of the market economy, improving rule of law, fighting informal economy and fighting corruption, completing the legal framework for new fiscal policies, which would be stimulating for foreign and domestic investments, strengthening the productivity sector, promoting innovation and new entrepreneurship, should be among the key priorities of the Government”, the OECA-set community said.
It further states that after this requirement, further delays in the realisation of the above targets would hinder Government and society's overall goals of accelerated economic development, job creation, and resulting improved welfare of citizens.
