The French government has assigned several duties to Albanian authorities to curb the asylum research phenomenon.
Top Channel clears the points of the deal reached in July in Paris, during the meeting of Ditmir Busat and Fatmir Xhafaj with French Interior Minister Gerard Collomb.
The action plan envisions that State Police ask Montenegrin, Kosovo and Macedonian counterparts to interview any Albanian citizens who visit an EU member state through their territory.
French authorities also demand that a sensationalisation campaign on penalities and damages be carried out in Albania by this phenomenon.
Action plan requires that the T system The IMS will issue an alarm for adults returning to Albania alone when they have accompanied a minor in the Schengen area.
One of the points predicted in the action plan and that has been met by police is the identification of persons in the blood feuds, for which national databases have already been established.
France will give logistical support to border police, while also establishing a permanent working group under the direction of the respective interior deputy ministers. French Minister Gerard Collomb himself has declared he will visit Tirana to see the performance of the agreement.
