Everyone agreed to the Association, let them form it before the end of the year

According to him, the AKS is the agreement reached on compliance of all parties in Brussels and as international agreements, should be respected.

“The question of the Serb majority community is a Kosovo obligation that has been taken in talks between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels with EU mediation and for which full compliance has been reached. This is also from Ahtisaari's package and is also in line with the Constitution and the laws of Kosovo because municipalities have the right to co-operation between themselves on the basis of the interests they define to carry out their functions for the purpose of citizens and to increase efficiency. Since we have 9 Serb-run municipalities, it is in their interest to establish the municipal community”, he has said.

When the AKS will be formed, Tahiri has said it depends on how much government and Parliament will work, but he has voiced sceptical because the Assembly has not yet started holding sessions.

However, Tahiri says it is more useful for the AKS to be formed before the end of the year, because according to him, the Serbian List is in Government and can destroy it whenever it wants.

The government is still in organization and the Assembly is not holding the meetings, but this job cannot dance indefinitely, and Government has a law practice as far as it can go without concrete results and how far it can bypass these international obligations. I think this job if done before New Year's Eve is much more useful to be accomplished than to be promoted, the sooner the Serbian List is in Government and whenever it comes out, the government” breaks down, he declared.

On the other hand, Tahiri has said political parties in Kosovo should withdraw from <x0mashals policy” (as he calls it), because it cannot be overlooked past whenever any of the parties take power.

Tahiri has concluded that the AKS is right that no Government can change, since it is an international agreement.
