It is not yet known how many areas it has affected, but hundreds of people have reported service problems since 8: 00 a.m.. Independent internet site DownDetector says that some social networking has been discussed on this issue.
Tens of users report the problem every minute. Data collector says over half of Skype reporting comes from users who have problems with access to service.
And the rest of the trouble with video phones or phone calls, and the possibility of receiving or sending messages. The company itself has not spoken of this case.
