“In a state and citizen respect, Tuesday, August 22, 2017, is declared a day of state mourning in the Republic of Kosovo, after Dr. Bajram Rexhepi, veteran of The KLA KLA, former chairman of the Mitrovica municipality, former Kosovo prime minister, former minister of home affairs, former deputy of the Republic of Kosovo and surgeon.”, said in part in President Thaci's decision.
By the decision of President Thaci, state flags are raised to half-point in all state objects of the Republic of Kosovo, both inside and outside the country.
